Dr. Burt Greenberg has been in plastic surgery practice since 1986 and is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He is an active member of the prestigious American Society for Aesthetic Surgery and of many other national plastic surgical organizations. Dr. Burt Greenberg teaches residents in training at the NYU School of Medicine and has authored over forty articles and book chapters in the field. Dr. Greenberg received his undergraduate B.A. degree in neurobiology from Cornell University and his medical degree from Syracuse University. He completed a general surgery residency and a plastic and reconstructive surgery residency at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. He attained board certification in general surgery. He completed advanced training in aesthetic surgery, surgery of the hand, microsurgery, and surgery for the treatment of congenital birth defects at Harvard Medical School, and at the Massachusetts General Hospital.

Dr. Burt Greenberg has completed additional studies in facial rejuvenation with laser resurfacing for wrinkles and is skilled in the latest advances in liposuction technology. These procedures, like most cosmetic surgical procedures, are performed safely in the ambulatory setting. Additionally, Dr. Burt Greenberg has developed extensive clinical expertise in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery of the breast.

Dr. Burt Greenberg is the founder and medical director of The Great Neck Cosmetic Surgery and Laser Facility. All patients receive individualized and integrated care in an elegant, warm, and comfortable setting. The facility features a fully equipped, level "C" certified operating room and recovery suite and is staffed with board certified anesthesiologists, specially trained plastic surgical nurses and skin care specialists.
