About Sara Edalati

For over twelve years, licensed aesthetician, Sara Edalati has been treating clients who share her enthusiasm for quality skin care. Sara now offers personal facials and skin treatments in a medical day spa environment located at the plastic surgery center of Dr. Burt Greenberg.
Sara studied at the Moadon Laisha Helena Rubenstein cosmetic school in Ramat Aviv, Israel in 1990 and trained with a dermatologist to further expand her knowledge of skin types and acne treatments. Later, Sara relocated to Great Neck and began developing her practice as a licensed aesthetician.

"My goal has always been to work in a medical practice. Working with Dr. Burt Greenberg in this plastic surgery center gives me an opportunity to offer my experience in aesthetic skin care to patients who want to extend their care and pamper themselves."

By attending professional, continuing education classes, Sara is constantly updating her techniques. Sara is also licensed as a permanent cosmetic technician. Her artistic ability and technical skill offers clients a natural looking application of permanent makeup, as well as corrective skin pigmentation for scars and breast reconstruction.

SKIN CARE PRODUCTS

Sara offers a selection of skin care treatments. She often recommends the G.M. Collin preparations derived from phyto-bio-marine sources. These are essentially comprised of botanical (phyto), biotechnological (bio), and marine based ingredients. Their endogenous actions prevent and minimize skin damage, creating more lasting dermocorrective and cosmeceutical results.
Products include treatments for all skin types such as, dehydrated skin, dry-alipidic skin, and oily skin, and include anti-aging exfoliating and moisturizing treatments.
Gift certificates are available for an assortment of skin treatments.

CAMOUFLAGE

Color is added to the skin to soften and blend the white color of a scar. Micropigmentation is useful to correct loss of skin pigmentation, to minimize facelift scars and to recreate the nipple and areola areas for patients who have undergone surgery of the breast. The pigments are custom blended to harmonize with the surrounding skin.
